Job Title: Digital Asset Coordinator
Location: Vincent Square, London (hybrid working considered)
Salary: £26,000
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent
The RHS is seeking a proactive Digital Asset Coordinator to help manage a growing collection of more than 350,000 images, audio, video and other assets.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter and fast learner with a strong eye for detail and a methodical approach to work. You must have impeccable customer service skills and enjoy working closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure best use of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
As Digital Asset Coordinator, you will be involved in all aspects of asset management for one of the largest collections of gardening-related images in the world. This will include cataloguing, auditing and archiving, metadata enrichment, user support and day-to-day management of a DAM system. In addition, you will be supporting staff to ensure that assets have the relevant copyright and consent.
